I have some coding experience, I mostly work on HTML5. What do you guys think in me trying to learn this engine?

New member here. Have been looking at this forum the past few weeks and got interested.
I'm a writer and I am planning to post my works here sooner or later.

I always thought final fantasy was a lot more 'fantasy' type back when it was 1-6... I mean to say medieval type. Maybe that's what a lot of people miss. Either way it was great.
