Re: Get that thing off your chest... Now...
I've been thinking quite a bit recently about what career path I'm going to move forward with over the next few years. I took one year of university back in 2010/2011, followed by a 9 month stint at a local grocery store, followed by six months of lounging. The plan was always to return this fall as...

Re: Get that thing off your chest... Now...
I guess we could keep talking abstractly about this...or you could tell us what show this is and people could honestly tell you what they thought of it. I'm getting major Baccano! vibes by the way it's being described. Which is also the show that proved to me that... It doesn't sound like it'...

Re: Sacred Sand [BxB] [Fantasy]
While I'm nowhere near finished, I thought I just had to make a comment after spending some time playing. I never thought I'd enjoy a BxB game, and certainly couldn't imagine stomaching one without sound. I stand corrected on both counts. The writing flows nicely and the art is wonderful, not to men...

Re: Do you play as same or opposite gender?
I used to routinely roll as big beefy muscledudes back in my mid-to-late teens, like Lord Stud in Oblivion or Space Kurt Warner in Mass Effect. Ever since I got into anime in late 2010, it's been saccharine cuties for me. I still create the occasionally bearded hardbody, but more as a comedic second...

Madden 08 PC w/Updated Rosters.
Prior to that, Euro Truck Simulator 2.
And digging back further, in a vain attempt to wipe that look off your face, Virtue's Last Reward.

That is some fantastic art right there, wow!
Your writing seems strong from the synopsis, I'll be looking forward to this one. Good luck!

Re: [Group Play 25] The Groozle
Very children's book-like, which seems like what you were going for. All aspects of the game really meshed well. I managed to defeat the Groozle on my first try, with a bit of luck to be sure. Fun little game, doesn't overstay it's welcome one bit.

Re: Will you be confused if....
Italics would help, but honestly, the perspective of the protagonists thoughts should be self-evident. I can't imagine a situation where it could be done in such a way as to confuse the player.

The art is great and all, but my god is that a beautiful title screen. Absolutely love it.

Spent 9 precious months of my life working at a grocery store. Never again.
Currently bumming it up (and loving it) until I make my eventual return to college.

Re: Best Anime Ever Watched?
While it may not be my No. 1 anime, the E-Card arc from Kaiji S1 is some of the most compelling TV I've ever seen. A real psychological chess match that runs 5-6 episodes without letting up for a moment.
Re: Guestbook
999 left me a changed man, and put me in the storytelling mood. Heard about Ren'Py from my RPG Maker days, and decided to take the plunge. Exciting times ahead, I hope!
