Unless your name is Ayn Rand or George Orwell, I would not recommend that you attempt to weave a political statement into your story.

Your time would be better spent showing us how it is done, rather than dictating how you want us to do it.

The long and short of it is that you can't have it both ways. If you want to surprise your audience, you have to not give away what's going to happen. If you want to draw in an audience who is going to like what is going to happen, then you have to let them know somehow. That's all there is to it.
