Re: Covering classical pieces
Talking about Bach, there's a good and public domain rendition (on piano) of the Goldberg variations:

I think that there is a similar project for the well tempered clavier.

Re: Those Without Names [Slice of Life,Siblings][NaNo2015]
The story was good, I could relate with the characters; the art was good. You are talented.
The denial end was unsettling. For a moment I thought something like: "oh, who cares if it's a lie, if it's realistic enough".

What do you think about the story? The story seems interesting. You have a nice premise. And I like some good old murder in fiction. XD Ahem... What style of sprite art would you like to see? Hum... yours? Like yoshibb said, there's a nice comic book feel that I appreciate. I can't say if they fit w...

Scomparire [Drama, comedy]
Scomparire, to vanish. *** This morning I looked in the mirror and realized that something was missing. I think that I'm a rational man, metaphorically speaking I never lose my head. Literally speaking ... there is nothing on my neck. Am I crazy? The world is an illusion that I created? My head is ...

Re: How to define a bunch of images?
Are you using bmp images? According to the documentation config.automatic_images works for .png and .jpg files.bbs3223474 wrote:Well, engine's tutorial told me that I can use a command like
image bg bg01 = "image/bg01.bmp"
so that I can simply use
scene bg bg01
to load that background image.

Re: Ren'Py Gripes
I don't know if I'm on the right place for posting this but there's a small typo in the Italian translation. In templates/italian/game/tl/None/screens.rpy, line 137, now it's: # game/screens.rpy:539 old "Save" new "Salta" The correct translation is: # game/screens.rpy:539 old &qu...

Re: Bedtime (Slice of life, Siblings) [NaNoRenO 2015]
Thank you Sunlit-Dreamer, your game is really enjoyable. I played until I got all the endings. ^^ I used to come up with bedtime stories for my younger cousins so this brings back serious memories. Same for me. Well... my brothers were happy when I mercilessly killed some characters. :D I had a more...

Personally, I don't think that less control -necessary- means less fun. I really like your idea.daikiraikimi wrote: Do you think these choices would enable the writer to create more distinct personalities? Or do you feel it takes too much control, and thus fun, away from the players?
