I also saw one of your old posts about how the user name has certain encoding
but the other laptop had complete letters and still didn't work.

The game works perfectly fine from the launch of renpy but not when it's converted to an actual game file.

This isn't enough of a bug report to go on. Can you explain more clearly what the problems are? Well it has the could not be executed because a file is missing in a specific place. And then I thought my computer was the exception so I got another laptop to try to build the game but the same problem...

The game isn't working because my :c/user/user contains some problems. So for 30 minutes I tried to change the owner of the file and tried to remove it from being the owner but it still didn't work at all! Please help, this is so stressful. I turned off any anti-virus in case and tried several times...
