Re: How's your college life?
BUSY! (I just had to respond to this topic when I saw it.) The biggest thing I can think of off the top of my head is that there is always something going on on campus--class, parties, homework, guest lectures, conventions, movies, concerts, cultural events, clubs, athletics, and, if you're lucky......

Re: English Otome or G x B games?
Has anyone played Ciao Bella? The game is a few years old, but I'll post it here anyway. It isn't a GxB game as such, more of a life management sim, but you do get to play a girl, and the end goal is to win over the guy, so there you go. (Sorry, and ignore me, if someone has already posted this.) Th...

Re: Castle Chase (RPG Maker VX, Windows only)
sporkysan - There is actually an alternate (probably easier) way to leave to castle. Only read the next line if you want the solution! (This is the way I solved it, anyway.) After you take the uniform, you can put it on yourself instead of giving it to Hyde (you'll have to go to your room to change)...

If I'm understanding you correctly, the last ending is actually Percy, the delivery guy that brings the package for Skyler.

Re: Castle Chase (RPG Maker VX, Windows only)
I really liked this game. It's cute and well-made, and deceptively simple. I love that it does so much with so little. It reminds us that there's no need to have fancy items and controls to make a complete and satisfying story. The art are writing are both simple, but very effective. I found myself ...

Discombobulated
Tangential
Enigma
(Although, I have to agree with mugen, the F-word is great. For all it's annoying rules and spellings, English has the most beautiful swears.)

Re: What is your favortie book to read???
Well, I typically only read novels, but lately I've gotten into comics too, so... Novels (off the top of my head): Portrait of the Artist As a Young Man (Joyce) Fahrenheit 451 (Bradbury) A Prayer for Owen Meany (Irving) The Road (McCarthy) Comics (I've only read some of the staples): The Sandman (Ga...

Yo - Just dropping in to say "hi" after a long absence. It looks like most of the followers of this thread would have no idea who I am...and I have no idea who y'all are, so...nice to meet you, eh? o.O Anyway, it looks like this project has morphed into an entirely different monster since ...

Re: Untitled GxB game
Great timing. :) I live! I'm slacking off in an internet cafe at the moment (well, for the next ten minutes). xD Fortunately, since I have no internet in my apartment, and no transportation, and no library...I've had some time to continue working on this game (since all my computer is good for is Mi...

This game was sweet, I liked the historical aspect and how you explain the situation. I mean, I learnt something x') I'm glad you liked the historical aspect of the game! I have a freakish love for period romance...so I just pray that the "period" part of it doesn't turn people off too mu...

I love your art! The style reminds of a childhood spent watching Saturday morning cartoons. [/nostalgia]
I really enjoyed your first game, and I'll look forward to this too. (And it's a yes to the demo. )

Re: Jisei (Supernatural Mystery VN)
The game looks fantastic! (A murder mystery! Yes!)
I love the hint of a fantasy element in the opening line.
The art is wonderful too; the characters' expressions are great.

Re: Your most favorite obscure game?
I don't know if anyone's mentioned it yet, but one of my all-time favorites is The Last Express . It's not really obscure...but I haven't met a lot of people who've played it. Then again, I don't play many games, so... Even though it's a little old (from the late 90s), as far as storytelling goes, i...
