I'm a little worried this isn't exactly the kind of game the Lemmasoft Forums were built for. We want to promote visual novels and story-based games.

A little better.
When offering paid work, it's always helpful if you have an idea of how much work needs to be done, i.e. roughly how many scenes you would be commissioning. If you're not certain yet, that information in itself is helpful too for people to decide if they want to commit.
