Not sure if it is the latest one or whatever but the one I know of is called Ren'ai Simulation Maker 2 for the PC... but err you want the title in Japanese?... Can't help you there since I don't know Japanese and can't translate but maybe the Japanese title is on the official page for it over at Ent...

2 questions about that... Are the books any good? AND Do they revolve around the game? Suikoden 3 was one of the best games... I think the books are great. The artwork is of good quality and the plot is interesting. I like the characters. As for if it follows the game closley... I can't say really....
