I support this project :D

It sounds like it's going to be hard to pull off, but if you get it to work I'm sure a lot of people would really appreciate it. If you need help with anything, don't be afraid to ask.

My advise would be to do which ever one would be simplest to do first. Whichever one is shortest/has less routes/less complicated programing needed. That way you'll have something completed, which will give you the experience and motivation needed to complete larger projects. I don't really have any...

I'm a bit confused about getting a 6 out of 12 on characterization, which is only so-so, and then I get strong on male lead, female lead, and villain. Are the scores calculated based on different questions or criteria from each other, or does it imply I'm bad at all characters that aren't the major...

I just keep loosing Fantasy points, which is one of my favorite genres. You said that fantasy was based on world building, and while I do like world building I realize that it's not my top priority, so maybe that has something to do with why I don't have fantasy points anymore. I scored respectable ...

By the way, I need a better word than 'Acceptable'. That's actually a B-grade, not a C-grade.

Strong - A
Acceptable - B <--
Modest - C
Weak - D

Any ideas?

Do any of these work?
- Decent
- Competent
- Respectable
- Fair

Yes, it's possible to customize the main menu. Camille has written a very useful tutorial on how to do this with image maps. This time, you'll want to be on the screens.rpy file, and you'll want to go down to the bit about the main menu. It should look like screen main_menu: # This ensures that any ...

That's the sort of thing that happens when the text goes so long that it's too big for the box to handle, and the box can't stretch to handle it. Since it looks like there should still be room in the textbox, I think that it means that your style.window.bottom_padding is too large. I notice that acc...

1. First for the stretching textbox issues. Start by going to the bit of your code that says style.window.background = Frame("frame4.png", 12, 12) It turns out that this code is designed for a stretching textbox. As your textbox isn't really designed for stretching, we'll replace the Frame...

I believe you need to have the file saved somewhere in the folder labeled game, which should be inside the folder for your project, in order for the game to locate the file. As for your error, unexpected indent would mean that there is too much space before the text starts. I imagine that what happe...

Start by opening the script for your game using the Ren'Py launcher and go to the options.rpy file. Then go down to the section of the code that deals with the text box. If you read the notes, which are indicated by the # signs, it should say ######################################### ## These settin...

I tried doing the pose you told me in RL, and I find it a lot more uncomfortable especially when holding onto something like a book/clipboard. Kinda necessary for the story. I'm not sure if it's just me, so I tried to find reference pictures as you have suggested if we're having the same pose in mi...

I tried to fold my arms like in your pictures, and I think the left one feels more natural. In the right one, the bottom arm has no support so it takes a conscious effort to maintain the pose and is very uncomfortable. By gripping the elbow, it provides more support for the arm and feels a bit more ...
