| You should consider College of Saint Benilde. The only downside is the tuition fee. However, they offer SDA Grant for some talented students. An essay and a portfolio are some of the requirements. Although, the slots are limited. |

| I suggest that you start and end it simple. After you published the game, you can add a voiced version later if you really want a voiced game. Although you need to find lots of good, reliable voice actors that can work for you. ^^ Don't spend too much for your game unless you're releasing your game ... |
