Yaaaaay. Kansei's done! And released online! Finally. D: Kansei is a murder mystery game, and the sequel to Jisei. It picks up where Jisei left off as our nameless hero finds himself solving yet another murder. This time, though, he gets the help of some new friends who have special powers like his. Interrogate suspects, explore new places, and try not to let too many people die in the process. XD

I'm doing the usual fanart/blog post discounts as well as some other stuff. Details here.

Edit: It seems about 1/10 people are having issues with the OP video encoding. I've removed the video for now until I can figure out how to make it work for everyone. I uploaded the movie here so you can still watch it if you like.

Grats on release! the intro is cool like previous game and glad to see you managed to make the blinking characters (even in the sidebar). Looks much more polished than first title, and that one was already good. I'm sure will do very well!

Congratulations! I'm playing the demo in prep for the review discount. I'm so slow with art I have no guarantee of finishing it in time.

But I keep getting that C++ error when playing the demo. I'm totally not software savvy so is that something on my end or yours? All I know is that every time it happens it forgets which test I've seen before which means I can't skip.

It's more a problem with Windows than anything else (it even shows up in Microsoft's own software...=_=), but I'll PM you and we'll try to find a fix for it.

Bleh, maybe it's just my computer, but when the opening starts to play on the demo, it freezes. D:

I mean, I plan on buying the game either way, but on the off chance it occurs in the full game, I'd know in advance a way to deal with it.

Edit: I should probably add that it's Windows.

/my 2 cents on the bug:
I think both the C++ problem and this last one is related to the video playing - maybe is enough to add a button to skip it before it plays ? (I mean skipping the video completely so even the pre-loading). A test Miyuki can do is to save the game after the video played, exit the game and then reload and see if he/she still gets the C++ bug (if is the video shouldn't appear anymore).
