I think because she is a hex sphere. If she dies the hex sphere will either die or find a new body.If it's the first one then the world's balance will get destroyed. If it's the 2nd one it would be meaninglessly killing at all.BTW how the death sphere entered Mina's body? Poor Zareh... Waited for 1000 years...

My favourite was the light water path. You tied everything in great and it was such a touching story. He did so much for her it was so sweet! I was always wondering who that little boy was. I was gutted when I realised that wasn't the 'true' ending but I enjoyed the true ending as well.

I liked him even before I went to his path (I somehow the whole time knew he was the secret guy XD)

Caius called Mina his treasure on his light path, it was so sweet

that I got to torture Oryon in the death path's dark ending I really disliked him~

Also I found the groping scene hilarious

to me it like it was the oracle love you and he know the real you and you where best friend with him be for all this hell was going down but dame a 1000 years he wait for you that guy got really good heart i love guys like that

Rune is still alive, and that was not addressed in the Water ending. Maybe Oryon was the only one who make make a new monument or something? I would much rather see Rune at peace and Mina getting a chance to live on her own, than a mindless love slave (because, honestly, that guy's really, really obsessed). But don't get me wrong. I love Water Light ending to pieces. But I agree with the decision that it's not the True ending. Rune's has much more impact and meaning.

Obsession is not exactly love, and can be quite ugly, as proven by the things that he did (self-destruction, imprisonment, etc) but I agree that Water Path is satisfying and awesome.

It's more simple to keep her, since she has adapted to the sphere. It's a great shield, and if you went through most of the paths, the White Order seems to have the upper hand. In the Water Path, Vitus explains that he doesn't want to risk implanting it on someone else, and repeat. Change is risk in a way due to his way of thinking. He had the upper hand there so he decided to keep it the same... until, that part happened. I'm pretty sure I gave the impression that the order seems to "win a lot" because they hold all the secrets, all that power, high and mighty complex, etc. Who would think they will lose?

If she's gone, the original power of the sphere will come back. She diminishes how much of that power comes out to affect the balance of the world. In the water path, he also explained it took many many tries to find someone who actually adapted well to it. Mina in this case was special then. With more in depth detail, Vitus leads the order, so the rest will follow his lead with that information (or with slightly distorted information). Lots of other hidden factors can be involved and I hope it makes sense.

The supposedly "good guys" that are the antagonists in this VN almost got wiped out because of him.

I felt sorry for the other guys though (the three guardians). I really missed them after they died... They were such great characters... But I'm glad I found out who the Oracle really has, ahah! I can't wait to play trough the other paths.

Poor Rune. He's locked up and forgotten in every route but his. o.O Actually, that was a problem I felt in many routes, things and people outside of the couple of the route just disappeared into nothingness.

loved the fact Mina got her past back, and Zerah was awesome in the light version (soooo scary in the dark. Totally saw what could happen with extreme obsession.) It did make me a little disgruntled, mostly because once again, Rune is locked up and suffering and Zareh must know that, being an Elite. But I really liked the fact that most of the White Order Heads were removed in this path. It made me feel as though both Mina and the White Order were given a clean slate or second chance. In all the rest of the routes, the Order still had its corrupt leaders running around in the end. Dissatisfying. Also, after this path I actually couldn't believe Zareh let her go in any of the others - especially the True path, were she ends up alone. I can totally see him stalking her in her new life there from the shadows.>.> Creeper.

He was just such a freaking hero! That scene where he shows up all bandaged against the moon... XD He's such a ham. My, I never expected him to be soooo sweet either. He was a big surprise, and thus my favorite.

When Caius got back up during the Light routes to kill Oryon. So badass of him and unexpected, since that's usually a hero's role and Caius was anything but. And waking up in bed with him next to you. And when he called you his treasure. Hmm, looking back, I'm trying to remember why Aurelius is my fav...XD. I'm so fickle. Anyways, win moments, right. When Zareh destroyed his own ears. When Aurelius repeatedly challenges people in mass numbers with no back up. Oh and when Mina was torturing Oryon in Death Path. That was 100% win.
