Usually, websites will follow the laws where its server is located. And AFAIK, LSF server is located in US.

I also know this one forum (that's very NSFW) which follow UK laws about hentai things simply because the server (and the owner) is located in UK.

Hello! I'm Mayu. I happened to come across this forum thanks to a kind person from here pointing it out since I love myself some visual novels. I placed my birthday in my profile, although I can give you a link to another forum in which my birthday is listed correcting as well; heck, even my Facebook page. I'm 22 years old, myself. ^_^

Anyway. I wouldn't mind having access, so I thought I'd comment here.

I looks like you should have access by now. There's a bit of a delay between when you set your birthday and when the forum notices it and grants you access.
