Drawing a bunch of animals makes me want to draw a bunch of peoples!
I'm not really creative so my idea probably isn't original D:

Story?
Lucy Morindew, the newbie at Windier Academy, is given a book of spells by her friend to ease her into the world of magic. Still wary of the idea of magic she attempts to create a simple love potion just to humor them. Can she find all the ingredients? Will she use the potion to win a heart of a boy? or will she use it for good?

Windier Academy
There are two class of students at Windier Academy; Immortals and Enchanters.
Enchanters use magic that can control elements or even raise the dead. While immortals are creatures from myths or for the most part have their spirit/ability.

The first guy will be a obtainable guy while the others are side characters. I may change the names so they can fit together better also the height thing is bothering me but if I don't put them in the same screen I think it'll be alright... xD

Enchanter girl uniform sketch
Enchanter's uniforms are shades of gray, white, and red.
Immortal's uniforms are shades of gray and pink.

Oh goodness, all of your art is really adorable~ Those finished sprites look stunning 8D I'm quite liking the look of that textbox too, it fits in well.
The premise looks really entertaining so I'll be keeping an eye on this xD


Unfortunately, in terms of a converter, I'm no help there, but an animated cutscene seems like a lot of work, so best of luck~ :'D

Seeing this makes me wonder if you also saw the thread over potions and such someone asked about. (It was more than love potions of course, and there were interesting reactions) If you haven't, you should go read it to see their views. And it might help you a little with your story for the other characters' reactions as well. I believe it's in the Game Makers thread. (If you haven't read it yet anyway)

What kind of program do you use? Maybe you can try and use GIMP for animation.
I use Sai for drawing and ImageReady from Photoshop to put them together.
