While it is possible, it would probably be a better idea to do something like that through a Let's Play on Youtube or another video site. Mainly because editing commentary into the game is generally less interesting than hearing someone talk, and it might be insulting and/or not allowed to mess with the game files of an already released game. While the Question is free to mess with, most people archive their games with the intent for people not to tamper with them.
