Like half of the menus are for the "background on Astrology and Zodiac signs" portion. LOLOLOL.

Also, to answer pastel's question about the demo:
I think I'll release it sometime in the summer--maybe July. Definitely after exams in June...

Sooo. I actually made the varied poses/expressions for the Riley + Zach character sprites. Drew more outfits, too! (Again, thanks for all the comments on clothing. I'm actually such an unfashionable person OTL)
(LOL, when am I ever gonna make progress on the other characters? xD)

And I worked a little bit on the script itself.

Hahaha. I totally meant it when I said "a little bit".

I typed out a bit more the story, and I've decided to add two more chaseable characters... One of them is going to be a student teacher, for Ancient History. That's like the nerd cliche (*cough*MEGANE*cough*) mixed with the "forbidden sensei romance" (except not really. Because he's not technically a teacher...) And the other will be "the childhood friend". Oh dang, I'm really playing on these shoujo manga plot devices, eh?

But never fear. They won't be totally cliched. They'll be multidimensional, like actual people are! ;D

And a question to people (who've actually made it this far into the post without losing interest :'D. I applaud you.)... what kinds of scenes would you like to see in otome games? I'm just curious~ Heehee.

I commend you for how far your getting! I'm excited to see the different outfits as well!
Oh, and I'm loving the new additions, forbidden sensei romance <33 and childhood friend always turn out to be a cute story!

As for scenes, I'm totally drawing a blank here. Do you mean places? Or situations?

Even if you say that it is a "cliché" there are not a lot of game in this forum where you can chase after a teacher :p

Study date, either at your or his house or at a library... or heck, even in a park. You can study in a park! The fresh air is good for you!

Seasonal activities. Ice skating/skiing/snowboarding/snowball fights/making snow angels in winter, raking up (and playing in) leaves/fishing/going to local gardens and picking veggies or fruit in fall, swimming/sports (volleyball, soccer, tennis, w/e)/fishing in summer, visiting flower or butterfly gardens/planting trees or flowers or veggies or fruit for your own garden in spring

Hummmm. Bowling. Movies. Video games. Going to a pet store either to actually get a pet or just to pet the cute animals. One of you getting a tattoo. One of you practicing a musical instrument (or sport or some other skill) and teaching the other a few things about it. Amusement park or regional fair, complete with junk food, screaming kids, sickness on the roller coaster, mushiness on the ferris wheel.

Maybe one or the other of you geeking out over your particular passion (movie, book, whatever) and trying to convince the other to like it, successfully or not.

.... That was probably too much, really. But I brainstormed best I could, and hopefully you can use at least a few of those ideas.

Yeah, when I was making the suggestions I have to admit a few of them did come from Tokimemo, but since it is in a similar setting, they would work here too. I think they'd be implemented a lot differently here though.
