I love the Phantom picture! Although... it's kind of obnoxious that it's diagonal. It's a dramatic angle, but in the context of a game it seems a little off. Hmm.

:D I can't wait to play as Christine and get together with the Phantom. :P (I had a dream once that the two of them had kids who were born deaf and the phantom killed them because the kids could never understand his MUUUUSIC and he couldn't deal with that. ..... I mention this because it is, like, TOOOOTALLY relevant.)

@Jesse

Yeah the picture was off but it is an idea of a scene that'll happen in the game.

Wow the dream thing seems like a good idea to use if there'll be epilogue or some deranged ending (hmmm!)

What about having the expression like that brunette guy (Kou-kun) does.~

I have other ideas as well but this will be a start of them~

I'm not very wary of what kind is the phantom but using a kouichi look for a phantom(which sounds elegant and mysterious) just feels a bit off
and the CG you used was the one when they are scaring off the guy who asked the heroine for 2 shots
<--- spoiler in case someone who plays TMGS 3 or would play doesn't want to know...

if using TMGS as a reference...doesn't Himuro-sensei or Shitara fits a phantom's role? :wink:

I'm liked the plot! Will stalk this from time to time XD

@Momorin

I guess More of an "unemotional" (Not so facial spoken) person would better fit.

Yeah Their personality are more simmlir to phantoms ( had to check online for them haven't seen either yet -_-U)

Thanks It helps when others point out the oblivois notions that I miss~ XD

How Should this be Drawn?

Rough and Edgey

Stylist and Flawless

Cute and Unrealistic

Please vote on this!

Stylist and Flawless. Well, I was thinking more refined, sophisticated, and smooth style. I don't think cute would fit the story, lol. And I'm not sure an edgy style would work for a book that has such a dark yet classic feel.

Fixed.

I agree, this could be a very good beginning, but it does need a little bit more focus. It needs a distinct identity and some force, or so it would seem. A few more touches on this bit might work, but honestly, with the music running, you might not need it.

I might suggest replacing the word 'paved'/'pavement' with "Cobblestone." That's what the streets were paved with at the time, and it doesn't elicit the image in the mind's eye of asphalt and cement.

As always, feel free to hand me a steaming mug of STFU at any time.

As it goes, this is a cultural thing: it's an American thing to think of asphalt when one says 'pavement', elsewhere the term (in English at least) refers to a flooring made of tiles of one kind or another. Often in the UK this means 'paving slabs', large concrete tablets laid out in a tessellating pattern, and flagstones of various sizes have been used for a long time to pave cities.

Cobblestones are used because they're cheap, but they're also pretty crappy to walk, ride or drive a cart over, so I wouldn't be at all surprised if the richer parts of a city like Paris in the late 1800s had flagstone or stone mosaic (apparently called 'sett') paving.
