What I'm looking for is a co-writer, a beta reader, and someone who's good with clean up work while getting rid of white backgrounds for the characters, and a background artist.

If I may ask... is your game in any way inspired by the Ace Attorney series? The silhouette down there looks strangely familiar...

I agree with Taleweaver. The logo resembles Phoenix Wright's very much  .
You can eliminate the white parts with Photoshop or Gimp. You have to save the pictures in .PNG (not .jpg!) format to keep their transparency.

I agree also xD
You can also use Paint.NET which is free to use and download. You just use the 'Magic Wand' to get rid of the white parts and save as either .gif or .png to keep the transparency :3
I can help with proof-reading if you like. :)

Indeed! This game is a parody of Ace Attorney! I was actually a little miffed with the fact that we wouldn't get AAI in the states, so we've decided to make a game that was based on this wonderful game series. So yeah, that's our MC - Ansel Reaves's silhouette.

There won't be an Objection, but there'll be something similar to that.

-points above- Yeah, I would love to do that, but I don't want this to be a solo project, after all, its better to make things as a group and make good friends (although, currently none of us have either program lol).

I'll have to look into that Paint.NET thing.

And sure! I look forward to working with you.

Are you talking about Ace Attorney Investigations? If so that's been around in English since early 2010. It's quite good like the rest of the series, though it's not all that new if you've played the others in the series like I did.

He's talking about AAI2, which has been confirmed not to get a localization. Bummer.

Urgh. Stupid Capcom broke many hearts saying they wouldn't release it in the European countries.
Btw whatever happened to Apollo Justice and his crew? xD

They'll live forever in fan fiction, paired together in BxB couples like good little bishounen should :) And Trucy was never heard of again...

No, seriously, I was a little disappointed that essentially all of "Apollo Justice" was little more than a continuation of the story of Phoenix. It's as though Apollo was a side character in his own game. He really deserved another game, this time without Phoenix as a show-stealer.

What also miffs me is the fact that we're probably not going to get that Phoenix Wright VS Professor Layton crossover game as well. So, that brings me to this - The Dynamic Detective visual novel game!

Now, I can't promise that it'll be exactly be like this golden series of Ace Attorney, but I want to really work with this to make it a very good game.

And although Apollo Justice, which has been confirmed getting a sequel, people are starting to lose interest.

I wanted to make this game in order to make a visual novel for fun, but also to get people back into interest with the AA series, and hopefully get Capcom to translate all future AA games.

But that's just a side hope, I really just wanna make a fun game!

Oh yeah, Taleweaver, if I think I'm right, didn't you make the Dreaming visual novel? That was an awesome psychological trips and it really tripped (and continually) me up!

Also, does anyone have any other questions about Dynamic Detective? I'm still looking for help.
