Time to edit this thread again! Well it seems we finally got ourselves a BG artist, yay! But she asked if we could find a colorist to color the backgrounds. So is anyone intersted in coloring backgrounds? She said she wont be able to start till April so I can give you more details then. But I don't think it be too demanding. She said once she gets started she might be able to get a BG to us every few days?

(we have a colorist for the sprites but I'm worried about piling on too much for her because she'll have the minor char. sprites to do as well.)

edit: also chances are we'll be adding onto that list of backgrounds >_> but i dont think itll be very many. either way if you agree id be glad to throw you all our suggestions and you can let us know what might be too much and stuff like that lol.

You know, you told me our Background Artist couldn't help out anymore, so... I thought i should say something as an excuse to bump up this thread.

Guys, this thread's still open, and we're looking for BG artists and programmers. Well, details are the same as before in the OP.

how many backgrounds exactly will you need? i'm still a bit new at CGing, but i'm getting there. i feel that if i coloured your backgrounds, they'll end up looking a bit painterly rather than cell-shaded.

Hmm...oh roughly 60? That seems like a lot but it's not like it all has to be done right away or anything. I like the paintery look thought, and I took a look at your DA and I think you do a great job at coloring. So I'd like to have you as our colorist! If you like I can PM you the whole list of BGs we need, if you're still interested.
