I'm looking for CG, sprite, and background artists for Eternal Memories.

The game is going to be pretty big. At this point, I've written about 30,000 words, but still haven't reached the splitting for the individual paths for each character.

The WIP thread's version isn't current and I suggest PMing me for the up to date game if you're interested in reading it (it's still in the process of proofreading though).

I've already gotten Tag- working on Tanako, Kimura, and Kiyomi. I'm looking for artists that can match her style for the other characters.

The sprite artists would also have to be able to do the CGs for the characters. As such, certain characters must be done by the same artist. I've noted this in the character descriptions below.

School uniforms haven't been determined yet, and I was thinking that the artists could work together to come up with something (I'm thinking sailor uniforms at this point, but that's just a thought).

As for background artists, I'd be happy to look at an example of your work and come up with some descriptions. I would like to have original backgrounds for this project.

Here is an example that Tag- supplied (She said that this is the style she is drawing in for this project for the sprites. The background is not the same style)
This is relevant in terms of coloring.

Sprite Descriptions

All of the characters need street clothes, so the number of poses might seem a bit high... :/
For the uniform, there has to be distinction between the second and third years (some sort of a color difference). Girls are in third year uniforms unless otherwise specified.

I'd like the title screen to have all of these girls, so there is going to need to be a special drawing of each character specifically for the title screen.

Tachibana Kansetsu
Might need a design for possible appearances in CGs. No need for sprites, might not even show up in CGs.

Minami Sakura*
(Artist must be same as Takahashi)
NOTE: She already has a design, so if you're interested in drawing her and Takahashi, PM me for the most recent sketch of her.
Shortish red wavy hair that covers an eye. She's got freckles. (Her mother is American) She doesn't talk until later in the VN, this means her facial expressions have to convey a lot. She should look shy. She also has to look sort of sad or scarred.
Expressions: 9+ normal, blushing a little, blushing a lot, fainting, sad, small/shy smile, big smile, blushing while looking to side, determined (possibly more)
Poses: 2 normal, normal street clothes
CGs: ? Her reading, her unconscious in nurse's office, rooftop with Eiko, rest yet to be determined

Takahashi Eiko*
(Artist must be same as Sakura)
She's a stalker and very forward, so she's got to look confident.
Expressions: 4+ "Kan-kun!" expression, happy, sad/tears, trademark creepy perverted smile grin thing, normal (possibly more)
Poses: 3-4 normal, rubbing hands/hands together, street clothes versions

Yoshida Aikou*
(Artist need not do other characters)
Super kawai, possibly blonde. maybe a bow in the hair even. Must have second year uniform instead of third.
Expressions: 4+ normal, Sad, happy, cute pouting, KO'ed (possibly more)
Poses: 2+ normal, normal street clothes, (maybe) hands together, possibly more
CGs: ? Not sure at the moment.

Sato Naomi*
(Artist need not do other characters)
She has to look distant. When she looks at you, it doesn't look like she's looking at you (that sort of thing). She wears a different looking uniform for another school.
Expressions: 4+ Distant and looking somewhere else, normal, sad, smiling (possibly more)
Poses: 2+ Normal, normal street clothes, possibly more
CGs: ? Her sitting on the grass, others to be determined

Tsukino Sabuko*
TAKEN
(Artist need not do other characters)
She's the Tsundere character. I was thinking she'd look good with grey hair. She has to look closed off at first. She's smart, but don't make her look like a nerd. I think she should be beautiful/mature (as opposed to cute).
Expressions: 5+ Normal, cold, angry embarrassed, embarrassed, angry, (possibly) happy, possibly more
Poses: 2+ normal, normal street clothes, possibly more
CGs: ? To be determined.

I actually liked your art quite a bit! It is in a pretty different style though.

The thing is, I'm not looking for people who are "better" than Tag-, I'm looking or people who's art won't clash with hers and make for a confused looking VN. If you think you could do that, I'd be very happy to have you! ^_^

yeah, as soon as I get my own drawing tablet I'll try my hand on it, and try to mimic Tag- style.
ATM, its hard to draw a detail looking anime style like Tag- with only a mouse.

Hey guys, thanks for the compliments~

The colouring is actually not all that hard, I've only used two colours for the shading xD

Anyway, now that I'm back on my own computer, I'm able to show you guys what the colouring and style will be like for the finished sprites:

I'm interested in doing the sprites for Yoshida Aikou. I'll edit this post later with an attempt at matching Tag-'s style when I get home OTL... (though you said to use your characters for the art samples? Since you don't have an refs linked should I just wing the design? ^^; )

The only character that has a design that needs an artist is Minami, so it's fine to wing Aikou or any of the others. ^_^ If I'm your style matches well, we can shoot design ideas back and forth later. I'm really happy that you're interested! (I'd normally have pmed this to you, but there's some relevant info for others here)
