Uh, sorry to tell but I don't think you'll get much support by just posting your 'daydreams' to these forums. If you read the faq, there's even a rule saying that recruiting projects should have something to show. It could be the statistics of a ren'py script, concept art and such, but you're not going to pull in anyone with a wall of text that goes straight to complicated plot parts.

So I suggest that:
- Specify your recruitment request in the title and put it on top of the opening post too. I.E. looking for artists, writers, editors, composers, proofreaders etc... the more specific you are, the better.
-Try to make your synopsis more marketable. As much as I hate to admit it, most forum readers have a 1-minute attention span, and for all advertisement purposes, you need a synopsis that gives the reader the main gist of the story in a few sentences.
-Bring us something that shows you've been working for real, get cracking on your own.

It is correct that you might want to clarify what the scope of your project will be in technical terms (length, features, artwork, gameplay etc), what you yourself will be doing for the project and what you are looking for from other people. Ideas in and of themselves have no real value. There are a lot of ideas. What is important is taking that idea and creating a game. Resources are rather limited here as many people are already committed to at least one project so you might have to prove why your idea is worth the time of others. I'm not trying to be discouraging, it might just need to be something you need to clarify or maybe something you take away and work on, but it will be better in the long run :)

Another tip is to make short paragraphs or just structure your post better. As it is now, I find your post incredibly tedious to read because there's an enter between each line and it begins in completely bold text ^^;...

On the other hand, it's a good idea to assemble your whole team before doing anything at all. But that's wisdom taken from other fields of business.
I, for one, am intrigued with the concept. While it has some pitfalls and cliches, with a little work it has all the makings of an exceptional VN.
I'm afraid I don't have anything substantial to offer though, aside from maybe some basic programming skills, plot writing and unreasonably high standards.

So good luck.

Good advice, I'll be more specific from now on. For the Synopsis I'll wait until I have a concrete plotline.

Of course.

Yeah, the ideas need to be more refined before I get to that point.

Reddit was messing with it, I tried to fix it.

I would love your help, however like most people here already stated the ideas for the project need more work. I am interested in the cliches and pitfalls you see though.
