Needed: Artist/Graphic designer [REALLY SMALL JOB]

Right now I find myself in need of an artist or graphic designer for a small yet important task that's come up for my current project, In Orbit. It's a fairly simple task, but I don't want to distract my main artists from those all-important sprites and backgrounds.

For those of you who don't know what the project is about:

The job is basically to design two national flags, based on a few specifications/concepts.
Obviously I'm not talking about your standard "three colours arranged in stripes and/or stars" but rather a more fancy kind of logo.
They will be the flags of the two planetary civilizations in the story, Amnata and Nu'Tam.
