Hey, so I've found this site: http://winddorf.oops.jp/4framepage.htm

And I translated it and it said only for homebrew games? I'm not sure if you're allowed to use it on Ren'Py or not.

Sorry about it if it's an obvious answer, i just want to make sure! :3

I can read a bit of Japanese, and this is what I understood:
You can use their background illustrations for freeware games (if you are planning to sell your game, you aren't allowed to use them). You cannot use their illustrations on 18+ games (which probably means games with sexual/adult content). You can also edit the backgrounds. Credit them as http://winddorf.oops.jp/1top.htm.
