Update on the textbox!!!!

The main text area is now solid and darker so the text can be seen. The other part of the text box is around 70% opacity so it's kinda see through.

A visual novel with an animal protagonist? Sounds nice.
I've never really played such a VN before. I just hope there will not be any unrealistic scenes like the dog talking to it's master.

Yeah, I'm going to have to say a talking dog wouldn't be the most unrealistic thing I've seen in a VN.

Speaking of, I have to wonder: is this going to be like...pretty much everything involving dogs, i.e., it dies (I mean canonically)? Because I'm still traumatized from watching Old Yeller when I was a kid. D:


Nah. He was laying in my bed like that and I just set it next to him. I mean, my dog lets me do practically whatever I want to him, so if I want to pose him with stuffed toys/wrap him in blankets/lay a pillow under his head/etc., he'll let me.

Talking about dog's death, I'm not really a fan of dog since I'm more of a cat person, but I remember watching a movie about Hachi, I was just watching tv since there was nothing fun, watched it for a few minutes, then I got stuck watching it. The story doesn't need a lot of words, yet it made me cry in the end. Only then I knew it was based on a true story.

Huhu, I'm weak with cute and adorable things, I can't wait for your game >A<

Yea. The dog won't be able to communicate with humans but they can talk with other animals. This puppy is super smart so she'll be able to understand what people are saying.

I think yes, pretty much everything involving dogs. Mostly the what happens to most dogs in RL like getting abandon, killed, loved.
