What male age groups are you looking for?
Old,Young,Teen? Unfortunately this is the only character maker that i know of which has a guy in it:

Some one in japan actually made a anime character creator, although it could only create girls which look like characters from Lucky Star, no women or men:

You can just make a character and then alt+prt sc it, but you'd still need an artist to draw them. They'd be hard to use as sprites as is...
