How did you find your editor?

I'm writing an otome VN and would like someone I can send chapters to to read through and maybe give a bit of feedback on story and dialog and stuff. I thought about just posting them here, but they're quite long and I think working over email or a google doc would be better.

How do you guys find editors for your work?
