So you may or may not know that fan patches have been made for the Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side series. Currently, only TMGS1 and TMGS2 have a patch, but TMGS3 is a ongoing project started this year.
What you need:
xDelta GUI and xDelta UI (check in the tutorials - yes they have them~!)
CLEAN Japanese rom
The correct patch xD
