I think they want to turn a profit even if it is a couple of dollars.
But yeah, the box for this game is huuuge! And all that's inside is a CD in a paper sleeve. <_<;
Talk about a waste of space!

I could be wrong, but I would think that making it cheaper and cheaper makes it look more suspicious and makes people less inclined to buy it.

Whereas using it to drive attention towards a special offer - "Buy <thing X> RIGHT NOW and get <thing Y> free!" could end up making a lot more profit.

But I dunno.

Hmmmm, true. They could just take it at a loss and give it as a nice promo for people who buy regularly or are part of their Got Anime club. Ah, whatever. It's their choice. Even if it doesn't make sense. *_*

It'll be impossible to get a machine with those specs. :evil:

Heck, I have a pile of machines with those specs sitting at my parents' house. A veritable laptop graveyard.

(The hard part is actually getting data to and from old machines, especially pre-ethernet, pre-usb ones without a working CD drive.)

I think I actually have a copy of Graduation somewhere. If I remember correctly how the game and all is, I agree about the voice acting but it's "so bad it's good" to me. Makes an already silly game that much funnier. I think they should include special cards and things in the box because of the price.

Thanks for this thread, I found what I need, unfortunately I can't buy anything since its expensive and I'm a married girl (it's woman now, right? I was so naughty and boyish girl). I might have kids in near future and living cost in my country is unbelievable high and might raise again soon, so saving up some money while staying in not-so-high-living-cost-region is the best way. :? Oh... I missed the old days which a plate of nasi lemak + orange juice only cost me 30 cent (It's almost 10 cent in USD).
