I simply love the songs Kenji Ootsuki did for Sayonara Zetsubou-Sensei.
His voice just fits so well and especially Hito Toshite Jiku Ga Bureteiru is an amazing song~
Also, I have never watched Kiba but I love the band Snowkel and they did an ending for the show; 'Solor Wind' That's a really cute song~

Recently I'm addicted with anime songs by Angela. The anime that feature lots of her song is Asuka Cryin season 1 and season 2. Her song style is a bit weird, not typical J-Pop. But for me, her song is so good to hear ^_^

Augh. I feel like an outsider. My favorites are all the One Piece themes. All fourteen of them and some of the endings too. They just fill me with energy.

I'm also quite fond of the Digimon Frontier opening.
