Reminded me of the concept of "Real Life: A Bishoujo Adventure" taken to a surreal extreme. I actually haven't played enough sims/eroge to get the stereotypes but the concept and execution is quite funny. ^_^

It's actually quite entertaining (I love the ojou tsundereko), and it has all the character types down pat. If you like dating sim type VNs, you will definitely like this. Well, even if you don't, you'll probably find it hilarious.

Yeah, I love this manga. Someone posted a thread about it here in Feb 2009. I haven't read it since then but it looks like it's still going strong.
