main menu gone?! [kind of solved...]

main menu gone?! [kind of solved...]
answer to the fix is page 5, it seems like a error in the download.

It's really hard to tell just from this. You may want to compare your code agains the code in template/english/game, and see what has changed in script.rpy and options.rpy.

i looked over at the codes and there the same, i even fixed the one that was "mm_root". thats when i had a thought, theres no main menu on the tutorial only on question game. when i created a new game it also didn't have a main menu, thats when i release 'i dont know how to add a main menu

Is the image named "menu.jpg" in the game folder? If not, that may be why it is not appearing.

yes its name, menu.jpg but thats not the problem the real problem is that there is no main menu when i start the game. even on a test game with no changes and has 'start:' there is no main menu.

o.k i fixed it, it seems like the Ren'Py had a download error that never show up. i uninstall then reinstall and now the main menu is showing.
