RPG Status Effects (Unsolved)

Hello!

I am making a short RPG game and I thought maybe someone could help me write a simple code!
There are two players and usually just one enemy.
What i Would like is simple "Attack", "Use Potion" and the basics.
Then I would also like some status effects.
For example one is "Time Freeze", which freezes the enemy for a couple of turns.
One "Use Sleep powder" and the enemy is sleeping for a couple of turns.
But also "Stun", which the enemy which causes one of the players not being able to attack some turns for a limited time.

I'm not sure how hard this is to do but yeah ^^ If you have some more ideas please tell me! Thank you!

I have been searching on the forum a lot and haven't found anything that works yet the way I want it too.

Maybe this a stupid question but... have you looked at the RPG Battle Engine in the cookbook?

Yes I have! I just don't really understand it... I would just like a simple code I can use in my game, I don't know how to take the codes from that one and change it so it will fit my game.

I've actually tried that one. My problems were adding one more player. And adding more choices than just "Attack" and "Heal"

Well, you've asked for a simple example. If you really don't know how to adapt that code to your needs, then it's starting to make more sense to hire someone to code your game for you.
