How to reference drags from outside a draggroup?

Well, referencing drags and possibly the draggroup too.

I haven't quite figured out how the use "id"s, and it hasn't been asked yet or I can't use the search function on this subforum correctly.

Now, I'm not even sure if draggroups and drags have IDs or if "drag_name" is something different entirely.

I'm asking to figure out if it's possible to A) add drags to a draggroup/fixed after it's been created, and B) edit drags without having the entirety of the drag passed to a function.
