Finding exact hotspots for your imagemap stuff is a pain. Is there ANY way to make it easier? It sucks because you can't see what you're doing. Even though I may have a general idea of the x and y points, I can't seem to get the hovering png for the quick menu I'm making to show up or find the hotspots
LIke there has to be a better way lol

Re: hotspot issues
Personally, I open the images I'm using in GIMP, then use the selection tool to get the area I want.
GIMP displays the coordinate and the size, so I immediately have the four arguments for the hotspot location.
In the case of elements lined up one after the other, I'd then drag the far side of the selection box over to the next item and thus have a box starting at the end of the first element, once again giving the four arguments.
Photoshop isn't as good for this purpose, IMO. The selection tool doesn't give you the coordinates, and you can't manipulate the bounds of an existing selection.

Re: hotspot issues
Open the dev console, use image location picker, select the file in question, select the area in question.
Coordinates are automatically copied so you can paste it directly into your script.
