i'm using windows 10 , and renpy-6.99.6
but when download for editor & android packaging tool always stuck in downloading screen.
not download anything .

Probably, there's something in your connection that's blocking downloads. If you visit http://www.renpy.org/latest.html, there are downloads to the editor and RAPT at the bottom.
