Ask questions about one topic per thread, and use a descriptive subject. "NotImplemented error in script.rpy" is a good subject, "Tom's problems" is not. Remember to include all of traceback.txt or error.txt when reporting a problem, as well as the relevant lines of script. Use the [code] tag to format scripts.

Is there any possibility to "find" where to perform `nvl clear` automatically? I have a 3MB story, and it's getting somewhat tedious to find the spots to make them cut off automatically.

On a similar note, is there a way to break my script.rpy into smaller scripts and have the master script.rpy file import their contents?

About your second question, every file with a .rpy extension in your game directory will be treated as part of the same script. What I did, for example, was to break my script in day1.rpy, day2.rpy, and so on, with the appropriate labels and jumps so I continue the story from one day to the other.

It allows you to share files with your team, keeps backups of previous versions, and is ridiculously easy to use.
