The bird sprite/monster doesn't fit with your sprite style or from the looks of your map...it's like it came from an 16bit SNES game paired together with 32bit high res graphics

We did not want, at all, for the animals to be the size of the full 64x64, as it was way too large. If the bird doesn't match well enough, we'll tweak it, however, the tileset is still undergoing a lot of massive color changes and we're fairly sure it'll be absolutely no problem.

(And several larger tilesets have smaller sprites within them as well.)

Adding an early prelim test to show the birds in play (without the tileset color tweaks and without shadows to show they are flying).

About the food:
Be prepared to enjoy~ This is only one of SEVEN full food scenes of yum and delicious.

(And there is more flan, hee hee.)

Animations:
They do add extra work, but we're making somewhat decent time, and going for animations over no animations will make it that much better.

This looks like it will be utterly adorable. The raising-sim aspect is total win, as well.. I love building up stats and seeking out hidden endings.

Thanks! There are definitely quite a few secret endings~

Like Princess Maker 2, we're building the system so that there's a bit of a trick to it...playing often will help you learn how it sort of rolls.

I love all the updates you've been giving for this. I'm not going to lie, this is a game I'm REALLY looking forward too. I love PM and this just seems to update it and make the concept even more interesting. And I love the name XD A lot.
