How do you make your games? I see. Thank you for the prompt replies, but it is my considered opinion that you're doing it wrong inefficiently because I am a perfushenal professional. Do it my way this way and we can all ascend VN Nirvana together while allowing me to stroke my ego you will improve much faster. Also, please don't forget to thank me for this constructive critique or I will cry and bore you to death respond appropriately with a tl;dr rant discourse of epic adequately lengthy proportions. - Sarcasm Veiled in Euphemism: Secrets of Forum Civility by lordcloudx (Coming soon to an online ebook near you.)

That last one is hilarious!!!
Yakyuken is a Japanese rock-paper-scissors game where the loser has to strip. I think this was in the anime Sakura Diaries.
Here's one with Snowe and the hero of Suikoden IV: http://geboku.egoism.jp/yakyuken/yakyuken2/index.cgi
One with an anime girl (no nudity, but minors should not go anyway): http://game.5stone.net/game.php?freegame=1&game=cr-13
^ I'm going to guess that's more along the lines of what you're looking for...

In reverse order:
* "They don't just put it as jankenpon" because yakyūken and janken are different concepts; yakyūken is the strip version of janken. Yakyūken is a specific word describing the strip version of janken, and since it has its own word, it doesn't need to be called "sutorippo janken", in the same way a hamburger with cheese is called a cheeseburger.
* "Yakyūken" translates as "strip version of janken", where janken translates as "rock-scissors-paper game". If you're asking what the individual word parts represent, yakyūken (野球拳) can be broken down into yakyū (野球), which is the kanji for "baseball", and ken (拳), which is the kanji for "fist." (The two kanji in "yakyū" stand for "field" and "sphere/ball", respectively.)
