Trick question. By definition, ALL cookies are delicious.

Hence, any recipe that makes cookies is delicious!

On a serious note, I have no specific cookie recipes, but I find using brown sugar in place of white sugar results in better tasting cookies. At least to me.

I have made the tollhouse chocolate chip cookies my entire life and swear by them. I use ghirardelli chocolate chips when I can get them (semi-sweet), and good non-imitation vanilla. Heaven!~

They even beat out Alton Brown's puffy cookies, and those were pretty good.

Recipe here

Note: I don't like nuts in my cookies, so I substituted white chocolate chips or toffee bits. Or just add more regular chocolate chips :)

Kladdkaka is delish, don't let the "kladdkaka for dummies" part get to you, it's just that it's the only
english tled recipe I know ^^;
