I have made the tollhouse chocolate chip cookies my entire life and swear by them. I use ghirardelli chocolate chips when I can get them (semi-sweet), and good non-imitation vanilla. Heaven!~
They even beat out Alton Brown's puffy cookies, and those were pretty good.
Note: I don't like nuts in my cookies, so I substituted white chocolate chips or toffee bits. Or just add more regular chocolate chips

Trick question. By definition, ALL cookies are delicious.
Hence, any recipe that makes cookies is delicious!
On a serious note, I have no specific cookie recipes, but I find using brown sugar in place of white sugar results in better tasting cookies. At least to me.
