If you use Paint.net you can download a .PSD plugin here.
The file is packaged into a .rar file and you need WinRAR (or something equivalent) to extract the files.

I made this for the RPG Maker VX community a while ago, but I think people here can find a use for it too. The art style is based on generic anime MMORPGs, so it looks slightly 3D-ish. It's also pretty much Medieval or Fantasy themed, so there's nothing really modern to be found in the files. There are four PSD files, two for a boy and a girl, and two for an older woman and man. Below are some examples created with the generator:

Instructions.
Image guide
(ignore the last portion of the guide that tells you to resize it, this was directed towards RPG Maker VX users)

You need either Adobe Photoshop, GIMP or Pain.NET (with a PSD plugin installed) to use the files. Since they are PSD files, you are free to manipulate the images however you want, pretty useful.

Only available for non-commercial use, and please credit under the name Celianna :)

It didn't get used much in the RPG Maker community, probably because they didn't like the style so much.
