He's not a creep, he's just a cute little kid about ten years old ("ten and a quarter"). He's not that independent (he asked his parents to take him there, and they're cheering for him in the stands). He's talented for his young age but still fairly inexperienced (he can hold his own against an average adult trainer and maybe even win some of the time). His young age makes him impatient and he throws a fit when he loses.

Uses relatively medium-to-small Pokemon due to Hong Kong's lack of space, bar Gyarados since it can maneuver in Hong Kong's harbors. Also likes to spar with her Hitmonlee as exercise.

I'll accept the trainer, except I have to redact the age. For the purposes of this fanfic, you cannot get your license until you are 16, so I'll set your character to that age.

Your character is competing in the Pokemon League Championships, so yes, your pokemon will be at their maximum capabilities in terms of moves and techniques, so no worries!

Wears glasses and lugs around sketchbooks. Keeps fanning himself with it during battle to keep his own temperature down. Isn't inclined to participate in battles in forests. Glasses fogs up after some time in battle, leading to semi-blindness.
