Re: Looking for everyone to work on the largest LSF Project

#16 Post by ThisIsNoName »

I'm interested in helping with the programming, but I haven't done anything in Python or Ren'Py. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to learn quickly, but is there a way we could get a list of things we should be able to do in Ren'Py before we join the project?

Oh wow. I'm just curious: would it be possible for another writer to join right now?

If not, I totally understand. I've seen the original thread, there's like a million writers. But still.

ThisIsNoName: Check out Ren'Py's website, http://www.renpy.org to get info on what the language can do and how it works.

GratuitousMoonspeak: We can use more writers. Make sure to check out the other associated threads, but you'll keep your two characters to yourself to write your module. Deadline will be 03.15.2012. Acceptable?

I'm interested in helping you with some sprites :D
But when I went to the thread and saw like 12 pages of comments and like 20 artists
I realize, maybe I'm a bit late D:?

Since I'm busy writing on two tabletop RPG's and a couple visual novels, myself (one of which supports the tabletop game), I'm out in terms of writing, but I'm definitely interested in contributing my voice to it. I'm professionally trained, and I'd love to stretch my acting muscles, especially to put together some real work into a demo.

@Mike: Sounds good. Send me a demo, and I'll keep it posted in the private LemmaTV forums.

The project is growing slowly but surely. Anyone else want to jump on the bandwagon?

We've gone through a few changes, to include eliminating Skype as an official means of communication. All members who are looking to join the collab team are more than welcome to use their EXACT SAME username from LSF to sign up for the LemmaTV Forums.

We need people from all walks of the process, from writers on forward. There are some new things on the wind now, and it should be an exciting time.
I'm going to get off my soap-box now, and let you get back to your day.

Academy Daze- Back in production! Complete with ecchi-ness ;)
