Letters for You is a story about a mail carrier and a girl's encounter with each other, and how they affect each other in their own little ways.

It's summer, and Tegami's off as usual, delivering letters back and forth in their small town. This job leads him to encounter Sayaka, a grouchy girl who doesn't want to accept anything he delivers.
As Tegami tries to persuade the girl through various meetings, they get to know each other. What initially seems to be a disagreeable person is actually well-mannered.

Of course, a road wouldn't be complete without some bumps and obstacles along the way.


Characters



Narazaki Sayaka - Sayaka is a very sarcastic girl who makes Tegami's job difficult. She's direct and a bit grouchy, but overall a good person.



Fujimoto Tegami - Tegami is a mail carrier who delivers special letters (invitations, reports, military documents, and letters to the soon to die). On one of his deliveries, he meets Sayaka, a girl who is determined not to accept anything he delivers. He's a cheerful boy who is determined to get Sayaka to accept the deliveries.

Hm... looks interesting. I'm wondering why Sayaka won't take anything from Tegami (maybe she's secretly a dog? And a female one at that... *shot*).

Art looks good, although I see that both of their facial structures are the same. Sayaka also has a line from her neck in her face too, so take another look at the sprites before you declare them finished.

Progress update!

Sprites are all done! BGs are almost done (photographs courtesy of Celianna). After BGs, I'll tackle CGs.
Music and SFX have been assembled, and there's also a textbox now.

Progress update: Final proofreading/some revisions done! Testing has also gone underway. Just need to finish the CGs (since the demo had placeholders), polish up everything, and fix the errors some testers specified.

Hmm, sprites are nice, have you others expressions ?

About your screen, I think probably the slighty pink of the text box is in my opinion a bit strange on this "real" color background, a more neutral ton could be better. Like I don't know, something into the belt of Sayaka and her top.
Same thing for the name color, I don't know how are the colors in the rest of the game, but on this screenshoot a duller color may also give more harmony (like the red in shadow from her shoulders).

Thank you for the input! Looking at it again... Yeah, the pink and the textbox is a bit...off. I'll try something like the paper of the letter in the main menu.
