Not sure if proofreader is the word I'm looking for, but...

Well, I'll keep it concise since long and detailed messages never seem quite inviting. I've written a short VN of about 6,000 words about a teacher-in-training putting a serious question mark over the field of education she's following. The story is supposed to be about how a simple encounter can change the way you look at things, but I any time I read it I am left wondering if I, at all, manage to get this subject matter across. Being a naturally pretentious person I find the message to be the most important part of the writing, so that's my problem.

Scrapping the project is entirely out of the question since resources have been garnered for it and all, so I'd like to ask someone to read my work, and decide whether it achieves the point of the writing and (help me) figure out ways to put down the message in a realistic, acceptable way. I'll handle the writing myself so it's not like you'll need to do a whole lot, but I just need someone who can seriously analyse the writing and conclude whether the theme is conveyed strongly and realistically enough that people will find reading it worth their time, and if not, provide some assistance in determining and rooting out the, well, root of the problem.

Ah, sorry, haha. I already got someone fairly quickly after putting this out, so I hadn't looked back here yet. Thanks for the interest, both of you, though.
