RenPy is not suitable for anything that "real-time", that including fighting games, shooting, FPS, action, etc. Of course you can program it yourself, but there is not shortcut or magical way, like DSE which gives you a little help when you make a dating-sim. You need some programming and Python skills to do that, btw.

Since I think there is no one who have make a fighting engine with RenPy, I doubt there's someone who can tell you how to make a fighting game with RenPy.

That being said, your post gives you an impression that you are very lazy person and your way of asking is a bit rude (not you are rude, but your way of asking). What do you want to make? Is there anything specific you want to ask other than, how to make a fighting game? It's not a simple question and those who answer need to make like a book to answer your question... Have you done any research before ask? And then you ask, "tell me step by step". Do you realize just how much you asked?

Sorry if my statement sound a little bit rude. And perhaps you just didn't realize it or simply don't how to ask a "good question", so I'm not angry, just feel the need to tell you.

Anything real-time is a big jump from turn-based, so it's a good idea getting a simple turn-based game out before you tackle a fighting game. You can create a fighting game with Pygame, that is the foundation of Ren'Py, and these two books are good references if you decide to go that way.
