my project

#1 Post by chisa-chan »

I am a thirteen-years-old girl and I'm currently making my (first) game. I named it "Yume no Mukou". Here is the short review:

Synopsis
You play as Kelvin, who lives happily at a remote village, or does he? Actually not, since he lives under his skilled, popular brother's shadow... He almost did the commit suicide as he feels that his existence is nonsense.
However, he saved from death by a young soldier, who treats him as his little brother despite Kelvin's reactions to him. Soon, Kelvin realizes that his life has meaning....for the one who saved him......

Characters
Kelvin Lawrferd - The protagonist of the story, who seems apathetic, but deep inside he cries for someone who understands him.
Norris Rheinferd - A young soldier who lives with his adopted sister, Mira. He cares for Kelvin so much despite Kelvin's reactions to him
Mira Rheinferd - Norris's adopted sister, who is being stubborn and sensitive. She was rumored to has twin sister out there...

Note that this game is a BL game, I don't know why, I just like BL genres.......

Please support this project!

Its hard to overcome the initial aversion to BL, but I am supporting this project on a matter of principle. So far there have been free BxG, GxB, and even general adventure, GxG, and FruitxFruit games released. But as of yet no announced fully complete BxB games (correct me if I'm wrong).

Try to plan out the scope properly. I'm willing to help out with graphics or programming but only if you understand how to do long-term projects that take months. As the writer / director, you have the freedom and responsibility for creating most of the experience, even when asking for help.

I would very much like to keep up with how this project is going.

13-year-old girl making a BL game. What is the world coming to? :P

But anyway, good luck Chisa-chan! And selamat datang (welcome) to the forums.

It's the Gay Agenda, I tell you! As RCHMs (Responsible Christian Heterosexual Males), we must curb this evil influence on our daughters! :D

It took me a while to find out what a BL Game actually was. From what I found out it means Boy Love, but I could totally be wrong.

I wish you luck on your project and hope it goes well.

Good luck with the project, there have been several BL games announced, so hopefully you can finish it.

Akane & Inma have worked on and completed several projects, currently, working on Poisoned. All of the games are based on existing titles.

I'm going to have to ask. You're not just talking about slot machine sims, right? ;-)

Heh. Does the name Kiwi's Valentine ring any bells? ;) (That's possibly the only complete game in these forums that's even shorter than my one.)

chisa-chan, if you need help, its best to have the girls on this board be your primary collaborators.

I can imagine how release day would be like in chisa-chan's household:

-"Mom, look, I made a game!"
Mom: "That's nice dear. What's it about, and how did you make it?"
-"It's a game about boys falling in love with each other."
Mom: :?
-"I made it with the help of this nice man on the internet. He's twice my age, but he's really friendly. He's good with programming and really helped me out a lot. He's an expert because he likes to play dating sims where he romances schoolgirls."
Mom:

Ouch. I resemble that.

And if romancing schoolgirls is wrong... wait, it is wrong? Damn.

 That was a funny conversation, I like the ending line, "Romances schoolgirls." and then the shock smily face, was really funny.
