A visual novel that I coded as part of introducing myself to Ren'Py. The plot and dialogue was made up very quickly, but was refined a bit. I got some friends to contribute voice acting. I designed the character art (with a couple of exceptions that are given due credit in the credits) (further more, it's not anime), but took the backgrounds from Google Images. The soundtrack is loaded with hits from the 90s and 2000s, while the sound effects are all stock. It's rather silly. All in all, it took a day or two to complete.

You might want to add a picture of the artwork to your original post.

Poorly done hand drawn art is still poorly done art. Be a Poser (or better yet, use DAZ Studio 3D) - dare to be different.

To be honest, it was really bad, but that's understandable for 2 days of work with unoriginal work (taking things from the interwebz, I bet you were mostly interested in the coding part rather than the creative part ;))

I don't really have a problem with the background music, even though its Baby from Justin Bieber, but when you choose a BGM, it should be instrumentals only, BGM's with vocals don't work that well, especially in a game with voice acting...

The character looked like some 4 year old kid drew it...

Voice acting was rather decent and cliché, though the ''humorous'' side with all the laughs n giggles were rather amateuristic...

It was reaaally short, took me about 40 seconds to beat it, max...

Also, I'd like to know, what was your purpose into making this ''game''...? What did you want to achieve...?

This is a short story for certain. Not too much to say about it. Were you striving for absurd, exaggerated comedy? Also, what sort of stories/games do you want to make next?

(I'm kind of impressed that you've heard of Plumbers Don't Wear Ties. Even though I was reading a couple of video game magazines in the 1990s that talked about games for various consoles, I never heard about PDWT until two or three years ago. Then again, the media which I read almost never discussed computer games, so I only heard about the most mainstream computer games...)
