definition is kinda vague but a reading of pertinent cases sez... obscene and indecent are to be understand in their common use and every person of average intelligence understands their meaning
pictures are to be judged as obscene or not depending on the circusmstances of the case... basically, the judge has the fina say on the matter.

Like I said, dangerous stuff. If you plan to "give away" might include online publication, though I can't find any decided cases on this matter.
