It's very easy to use, and supports many custom parts and textures. It's free; for animation abilities you need to register the software. In still images though, the only limit is your imagination. ^_^

On the practical side, it's best for technical models and backgrounds. Being limited to primitives and parts, its handling of organic shapes leave much to be desired. But for mecha....

I tried reading what was on the website and I don't get it *at all* @_@... What's this? A modeler? A scene maker with premade parts? Just premade parts?

I believe that this is a CG Animation Software. I do remember reading somewhere that this works with 3D (I *think* it can model), but yes, it includes pre-buit parts.
