I'll be keeping an eye out for this when you translate it. I don't normally offer help like this either, but if you need a native speaker to proof read your translated version, I would be happy to help.

Really creative premise with a lot of potential. I like the fake propaganda.

What's life like outside of the dome? Is it a ruined wasteland? Is it relatively safe and livable? Or somewhere in between?

What if spoken language turns out to be dangerous (kind of like the movie Pontypool?) And what would happen if people genuinely start to prefer silence and writing messages?

Answers -
1. I'll avoid answering this question...

2. I don't know about this movie, titled 'Pontypool'. Just searching and read some reviews. but I think OF COURSE CITY TURNS ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE LIKE PONTYPOOL! HELL YEAH! ZOMBIES! BRAAAAAAIN!!!!!!!! ...sorry.

anyway, that's what city ruler's want. cannot speaking, perfectly silence peoples. because they want always monitoring citizen's message logs to detecting and preventing anti government forces... um, wait, you means "(paper)writing messages", instead of "(text terminal)writing messages"?

Seconded. I like the premise a lot, and the opening movie was pretty amusing.
(I like this art style too! Will be looking out for this one :))

by reminding him of the courage and honor and hope and pride
and compassion and pity and sacrifice which have been the glory of his past."

You need need need an editor. You should have gotten one before you posted this, preferably. Then again, the typos and grammatical errors might be intentional, considering the setting.
"We have cars that drive for us, services that shop for us, devices that speak for us, machines that clean and cook and work for us. You can't say that removing these things from our daily lives has no effect on the way we interact. As I speak, how many of you are working, or communicating with someone else? Could we do that twenty years ago? Ten? Society has changed very slowly throughout the course of human history, but in the span of only two generations, there have been more technology-driven societal advances than we can count."

"People everywhere are able to talk to others clear on the other side of the world, and we do this at the expense of interacting with others around us. We have our heads buried so deeply in our technology that we ignore our surroundings. Society is stretched far beyond what should be possible, thanks to technology. We have friends in other countries while we have strangers in our own homes."
